The most of business entities in Thailand have a duty to prepare its financial statement once a month and has to be audited by authorized auditor per annual. The approved financial statement by the auditor shall be approved by the shareholders meeting within 4 months from the Company’s financial year end. The financial statement must be submitted to the Department of Business Development (DBD) within 1 month from the date of the financial statements approval by shareholders meeting.
List of Shareholders
The list of shareholders shall be prepared by the director at the time of the annual shareholders meeting and submit to the DBD within 14 days of the meeting.
The annual shareholders meeting must be held within 6 months after the company was registered and subsequent meetings must be held at least every 12 months.
